(3) Suddenly turning on the light will cause an instantaneous impulse current (increase), which will easily dissolve the tungsten filament of the bulb.
Operation skills: When the light bulb is in a cold state (before the opening), push the fader of the console only a little (often called the calendering state), so that the light bulb is slightly bright, let it be in a preheating state, so that the It is heated evenly, and at the same time evaporates the water molecules condensed on the glass shell of the bulb. After preheating for a few minutes, turn it on a little more, and after preheating for a few minutes, the light can be turned on completely.
2. Do not turn on the power of the silicon box when the faders of the dimming console are fully pushed. The result is the same as above, both will damage the bulb. All the faders of the dimmer should be turned off, and the power of the silicon box should be turned on.
3. Do not reverse the order of the light console and the power supply of the silicon box when switching the equipment. When turning on the power, turn on the power of the light console first, and then turn on the power of the silicon box; when turning off the power, turn off the power of the silicon box first, and then turn off the power of the light console. If you reverse the order of operations, it will cause all lights to flicker once, which will affect the life of the bulb.
4. Don't shake the lamp with big movements when the light bulb is turned on. The tungsten filament of the bulb can break or come off.
After the bulb is lit, the temperature gradually increases, and the tungsten wire will become softer accordingly. At the same time, under the influence of gravity, the tungsten wire will also sag accordingly (if the bulb is not a screw-shaped tungsten wire, this phenomenon is especially obvious) At this time, when the light is shaken by a big action, it should be removed after the light is completely cooled.
5. Do not touch the bulb directly with your hands when replacing the bulb, which will affect the smoothness of the bulb, and another hidden hazard is the bursting of the bulb.
(1) The grease on the fingers or the friction between the fingers and the glass surface of the bulb will leave "scars", which will affect the smoothness and transparency of the bulb and thus affect the normal illumination of the bulb.
(2) If there is sweat on the finger, after the finger and the light bulb are in "intimate" contact, the salt molecules in the sweat will absorb the water molecules in the air. Once there is water on the light bulb, when the light bulb heats up sharply, it is easy to burst.
Operation skills: When replacing the light bulb, be sure to wear gloves before touching the light bulb. If you don't have gloves, wrap the bulb with sponge, plastic wrap, or a soft tissue before installing it. Be sure to remove these wraps after installation to avoid a fire when the bulb is turned on.
6. Do not over-focus the speed of light irradiated by the back light. Too much focus will lighten the color paper attached to the lamp in a short period of time, lose its color, and even burn a hole in the color paper. If the direct light of the lamp and the flammable material are too close, it is impossible to light it. Operation skills: When adjusting the light beam of the lamp, it is better to adjust it to a little astigmatism. If the illumination is not enough, you can supplement the lamp.
7. Don't forget to install the protective net cover when installing the color changer. The protective net cover is to prevent splashing and hurting people and burns when the bulb explodes The outer one is used for the color changer, and some PAR lamps already have a fixed protective net cover.
8. Remember to keep the distance between the lamps of the heat source and the flammable curtains too "intimate". Therefore, it is important to keep a certain distance between the light and the curtain. The distance between the direct direction of the 300W lamp and the curtain shall not be less than 3cm, and the distance between the side and tail of the lamp and the curtain (static state) shall not be less than 2m. If the curtain swings greatly, it may be close to the lamp. A metal isolation net is set up in the middle of the curtain to prevent the curtain from falling on the lamps and causing fire. For lamps above 500W, the distance of direct exposure to the curtain is 5m away, and the distance between the side, tail and the curtain is 3m away.
9. Do not increase the power of the installed lights beyond the power specified by the manufacturer. The power carried by each circuit on the light silicon box is described in detail in the manual. Generally, the carrying power of each circuit is 1KW, 2KW, 3KW, 6KW. Taking 6KW as an example, the thyristor in the silicon box, also known as the solid state relay, is 60A. Calculate, the loadable power is 13.2KW. Anyway, there is such a large power space, and lights above 6KW can be installed on this circuit. . It is one-sided to consider only the current generated by the bulb at the moment of fusing. Besides, the manufacturer will not keep such a high-power thyristor for no reason. 10. Do not cause three-phase unbalance when connecting the load. As we all know, most of the power input of the lighting silicon box is a three-phase four-wire system. When connecting the lamp load to the silicon box, if the lamp load is blindly connected without distribution, it may cause the phenomenon of three-phase imbalance. Then, when the light is pushed up, you will feel the difference between light and dark. Operating skills: The total power of the installed lights divided by 3 equals the power allocated to each phase.
11. Do not arbitrarily adjust the rated voltage selector switch on the light. The imported electric light has a gear switch that can adjust the rated voltage next to the power cord. There are 3 gear options of 110V, 220V and 240V. If the setting gear is adjusted to 110V, and the current voltage is 220V, then it will be Burning the fuse will seriously damage the power transformer. If the setting file is adjusted to 240V, it will be 20V higher than the current voltage, which will cause insufficient power supply of the scanner.
Operation skills: When choosing the rated voltage gear, you should adjust measures to local conditions, and select the gear according to the current power supply voltage value. In addition, when adjusting the voltage block of the special transformer, it is not eternal, and the voltage is adjusted according to the electricity consumption in different seasons. If the unit does not have a special transformer, but is powered by an external transformer, it is necessary to buy a 380V high-power regulated power supply to stabilize the power supply voltage within the normal range. 12. Remember to use the light when the common neutral wire is not firmly connected. Reason: When the common neutral line is loosened, the induced potential generated by the inductance of the transformer goes to the neutral line of the lamp, causing it to generate a loop, forming a high voltage on the lightly loaded phase, which burns out the bulb and the transformer of the silicon box.
Operation skills: When installing the light, hit a 1.5M long iron rod underground at the place where the ground below the light stand borders, connect a 6MM2 copper wire to the iron rod, and connect the other end of the copper wire to the light stand The public neutral line, so even if the public neutral line falls off in a short time, there is no need to worry about burning the light bulbs and electrical appliances.
