Requirements For Fire Protection Of Lamps

(1) When the high temperature part on the surface of the luminaire is close to the combustible material, fire protection measures such as heat insulation and heat dissipation should be taken.

(2) The lead-in wires of tungsten halogen lamps and incandescent bulbs with a rated power of 100W and above, such as ceiling lamps, trough lamps, and embedded lamps, should be insulated from non-combustible materials such as porcelain tubes, asbestos, and glass filaments.

(3) Incandescent lamps, halogen tungsten lamps, fluorescent high-pressure mercury lamps (including ballasts) over 60W should not be directly installed on combustible decoration materials or combustible components.

High temperature illuminators such as halogen tungsten lamps should not be installed in combustible goods warehouses.
