He is currently a professor, blog director, and head of the "Cao Lin Contemporary International Performance Design Art Studio". He is the chief expert of the National Social Science Fund's major project "Research on the Development of the New China Stage Art Development". He has been engaged in teaching, creation, and scientific research in art theory, drama and film and television, art, and design. He has published or participated in 14 chief publications, published more than 30 papers, presided over more than 10 scientific research projects at or above provincial and ministerial levels, and presided over more than 40 domestic and international professional academic activities.
He is also the chairman of the Chinese Stage Art Society, director of the Shanghai Drama Association and Director of the Stage Art Professional Committee, and serves as a visiting professor of the Central Academy of Drama, the Chinese Academy of Drama, and the Shandong Academy of Art. He has won the Ministry of Culture and Tourism 1 and the second -class merit. The Beijing Municipal Government has a second prize of the teaching achievements of the Beijing Municipal Government. Won the honorary titles of teaching teachers of the Ministry of Education and "Middle -aged and Middle -aged Teachers" in Beijing. The "stage design skills and methods" courses participating in the construction were selected as a demonstration course for the Curriculum of the Ministry of Education.
