Here, we talk about 4 off-normal occurrences on the movement of pan and tilt.
First, fixture doesn't work
Second, the reset does not stop
Third, jitter
Fourth, move out of position
The First issue, fixture doesn't work
The first step, check whether the driver board working while keeping the power on.
If the indicator light of the xy-axis driver board is off, need to replace the xy-axis drive board.

When the driver board is normal working, check the belt of xy axis broken or not. Replace the belt if it broken.

Next, check the motor when the belt is good.
Step 1 Check if the motor can be turn spinning or not.
Step 2 Check if the pulley tightening screw is loosed or not.

If all the above are normal, check the resistance of the motor.
Turn the multimeter to the ohm-level, measure the resistance value of the motor. If the value is not normal, replace the motor.

If the motor resistance is good, let’s check the cable harness from the motor to the driver board if fallen off or damaged.

The Second issue, the reset does not stop
check the magnetic suspension encoder.
If the indicator light on the magnetic suspension encoder does not light up, we should replace the magnetic suspension encoder.
If the lights on the magnetic suspension encoder are lighting, then we check whether the wire harness between the magnetic suspension encoder and the driver board is damaged or falls off.

If both of the above are normal, replace the driver board.
The Third issue, XY axis jitter
Similarly, we need to check whether the resistance of the motor is normal or not.
If the motor resistance is good, we have to check the driver board.
The Fourth issue, move out of the position
Similarly, we have to check whether the magnetic suspension encoder indicator is working or not. And check if the wire harness between the magnetic encoder and the drive board damaged or broken.
Later, check whether the driver board is normal or not.
