Case Study: Taihu Performing Arts City
Built on the cultural heritage of Jiangnan water towns, Taihu Performing Arts City is a large-scale cultural tourism destination combining traditional architecture, folk culture, live entertainment and nighttime experiences.
Located within the Taihu Longzhimeng resort in Huzhou, Zhejiang, the resort covers approximately 12,000 mu and represents an investment of around RMB 25.1 billion. It now brings together more than 1,000 contracted performers and presents over 500 performances, visitor numbers reached 150,000 on a day.
